Q: How far in advance should I book my wedding reception space?
A: Wedding reception ballrooms are commonly booked 12-14 months in advance.

Q: How much of a deposit is required?
A: $1,000 deposit is due with signed contract.

Q: Are there additional set up fees?
A: No. Set up of dance floor, tables, use of linens, china and skirting are all included in package prices.

Q: How early will the room be available to set up the day of the wedding?
A: The room is normally ready for your florist, band, or D.J to set up at least two hours prior to the reception.

Q: Can we sample our meal selections ahead of time?
A: Once you book your package, you will be invited to attend a special food tasting that happens every four months. All entrees on the wedding menu will be available to taste, along with a special beverage and sweets station.

Q: Can we arrange a ceremony at the hotel?
A: Yes, ballrooms and an outdoor space are available for ceremonies.
